TRANSFER COURT DOCKETS

**Transfer Court is currently not in operation in Anderson or Oconee.

Beginning January 1, 2022, all dockets will be handled and published by the Clerk of Court in the appropriate jurisdiction. First or initial appearances dates for General Sessions charges are given at the time of bond by the Magistrate or Municipal Judge. Initial appearances will no longer be conducted by the Solicitor’s Office. Please read and keep the bond form you receive when you are released from jail. All address changes must be made with the Clerk of Court so that correspondence from them is made to the correct address. It is the defendant’s responsibility to notify the Clerk of Court of any address change.

After the Clerk begins scheduling appearances, you will need to go to their website (sccourts.org) and select the county where you were arrested (Anderson or Oconee on the lower left of the page. When you get to the next page, click on Court Rosters. Click Accept on the next page and then select General Sessions next to Court Agency. Leave the Roster Type as All Roster Types since there are several related to criminal cases. You can, however, select a Begin Date.

*NOTE: There have been no criminal court dockets posted by the Clerk of Court as of 12/6/2021. Please check back often on sccourts.org.
